We were given vouchers for here and it was our first visit. The food was incredible, quality ingredients and options. The service was fine, I didn't get a drink I ordered but that's not the end of the world. Highly recommended.

A great visit this time on our trip to Inishowen. The steaks were especially expertly done, capturing the great flavour from the Firebox Grill. A nice atmosphere as always, great service from the waiting staff, we all went home full and delighted with our meals.

The Red Door Country House

04/10/2025: Great atmosphere, service and food. Our favourite restaurant since being in Ireland! We sat on the bar side and the menu was excellent. The fires were warm and the service even warmer, especially on the cozy couches, on a stormy evening. Cocktails were also superb. Wish we were staying near for our whole trip so we could have another meal at the Red Door!
23/09/2025: Had a very nice meal here on a weekday evening. It was not too busy and the staff were very attentive. We didn’t stay in the accommodation but looks a good location and nice place for a lakeside wedding.
