The food is delicious and so authentic.

The Chinese for the restaurant trade and a rare full barbecue meats selection away from London's Chinatown. Absolutely lovely place to eat and a wonderful experience for the shopper as you can see through to the immense Wing Yip supernarket. My pic was kinda liked on my Facebook, too! They recognised me as a regular...so I think I got an extra spoonful of red bean in my coconut milk drink. I had crab and corn soup, then belly pork and roast duck with rice and a sprig of pak choi. It's a lovely treat every time and was £20 with a nice tip, so deeply keenly priced for the quality.

Good food but have extremely nasty staff like a female manager & the cashier. They have no people skills & how to treat customers & don't deserve to be employed in an establishment where there are a variety of customers who these nasty staff think that they can shout at & misbehave with! However with washbasins that are overflowing with water 💧! 2.2.25 Tasty food of mixed meat 🍖, scrambled eggs 🥚 & Udon Noodles 🍜 served by friendly staff & owner manager. 23.4.25 Tasty mixed meat ( which could have been softer!) with scrambled eggs & ho-fun noodles served by friendly & accomodating staff in a clean environment. However, some crooked customers seem to order a lot of food which they can't possibly finish & then want to leave without paying!

Great experience on a busy bank holiday Monday. Service was friendly and the food arrived in super quick time. The portions are huge! We tried the Crispy noodles with beef, 2 meats on rice and a house congee. All delicious in their own way. The price was beyond reasonable and we left feeling full. Worth the trek for the cafe alone. There is a small bakery by the entrance where you can pick up some sweet treats. Highly recommended

Great Hong Kong style cafe. They offer nice Chinese roasts, Chinese bakery, a variety of plated rice and noodle dishes and other a la carte dishes. Food is authentic and flavoursome. The Chinese roast is of a good standard. The staff are friendly. It is always busy so it is quite a nice atmosphere. For some, it maybe a bit noisy. The price is reasonable. They do not add service charge by default, it is discretionary. It’s a great place to get some yummy Chinese food with minimum of fuzz. Highly recommended.

Always quick efficient service and tasty food .

Great for a lunch, with typical asian restaurant feel - very hustly bustly. The pork crackle and duck are great. Update for 2025 - we are long term customers and whilst the food overall is ok, the duck is a let down. It’s seems they use frozen and reheated so the meat is very dry and lack taste so I highly do not recommend getting the roast duck.

So many varieties of Chinese dishes mainly with rice plate and noodles. Very inexpensive to eat in but the taste quality is no compromising.

Great cheap and cheerful cafe. I went on a Tuesday lunchtime and it was full by 12.30pm. Food came promptly and all was good quality .. the rice dishes are much bigger than the noodle soup, but the beef brisket soup was well flavoured and still filling..

One of our favourite place to eat. Price is afdordable and the food is good. We come here every month 😊
