Really good food and great value for money.

Good food but have extremely nasty staff like a female manager & the cashier. They have no people skills & how to treat customers & don't deserve to be employed in an establishment where there are a variety of customers who these nasty staff think that they can shout at & misbehave with! Ridiculous. 18.3.22 Tasty food & a pleasant waitress with whom a chat was had about unpleasant & cold staff who do no justice to the Cafe nor the hospitality business! 4.9.22 Tasty food & slightly better service. 2.11.22 Tasty food & friendly service by the owner as well. 11.11.22 Tasty food but has now started charging for small pots of sauces! Ridiculous. 25.11.22 Tasty food served this time by friendly & helpful staff. 13.2.23 Tasty food served by helpful staff & owner. 10.3.24 Tasty food served in a clean & bustling environment by helpful staff & friendly manager Sunny Lee. 27.6.24 Tasty food served by staff who are now friendlier & even assist customers i n choice of food to order. 28.9.24 Tasty food served by friendly staff in a clean environment with overpriced cans of soft drinks 🍸! 22.12.24 Hard BBQ meat & vegetables served by some confused staff in a generally clean environment but cramped surroundings. However with washbasins that are overflowing with water 💧! 2.2.25 Tasty food of mixed meat 🍖, scrambled eggs 🥚 & Udon Noodles 🍜 served by friendly staff & owner manager.

Update 2025 - £10 per head cover charge. This place is reasonable priced for what you get. You won’t get cheaper places other than Chinatown in London. Portions are generous and the flavours are close to what you can get in Hong Kong. The staff can be terse - do not expect silver service. I had worse service in Chinatown - London, Birmingham, Manchester. If you love roasted meat come to this place. The roast duck and roast pork is great. Carpark is under the supermarket 4 hours free parking (as of December 2022).

Decent Cantonese food. Could have done with a few more veggies to go with my beef brisket. Good service. Great company.

Great little local, not too expensive so great value for money.

Been here many many times while shopping in Wing Yip - my favourite dishes are the prawn dumplings in soup, roast duck and crispy roast pork with rice. The chilli oil is good too. The only mark down is the crowd and perhaps sharing of tables if you’re dining alone or with one more. Best time to come is early in the morning before the lunch crowd! Recommended!

Most authentic HK style cha can teng in London. Ignore the reviews about the service - they are efficient.
