The Riverside Cottage in Waterford

I dined here with family and friends recently - we had a lovely experience. The menu offering was great, so many options to choose from! The staff were very attentive, Jonathan looked after us and made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely be back for another family dinner.

I dined here with my family recenly and had such a nice time. The staff are so welcoming and warm. the menu had been updated from the last time I visited which was good to see. I had the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert which was divine!

This was our meeting pop for a hen party before we headed to Waterford Castle, lovely outdoor area and good service

A lovely restaurant, very spacious with a terrace. The staff were friendly. The food was good and the portions were generous. I highly recommend the soup starter. It was absolutely delicious. If you like fish and chips, this is the place for you (though it's not really my thing), but the tagliatelle was also very good. We were hoping for a view of the water, but there wasn't one.

The fish and chips were excellent

Excellent service. Great food. Lovely atmosphere. All told, a really enjoyable visit.

Best service i recieved anywhere in Waterford, food was top drawer and excellent value too!! Keep doing what your doing because its excellent 👌

This gaff is so fire, been in Ireland for 5 years and the food was 10/10. So good, im sat looking at my empty plate straight after eating… It’s THAT good. It’s a must if you’re in Waterford, sack off maccies and come here instead. Goujons were FIRE. Nice one.

I've been here twice in the last few months and on each occasion it has been a wonderful time spent with delicious food and very sweet and friendly staff. The food is fresh and of high quality.

Really Lovely Restaurant. Pat and his team provide great service and really good food. Been here 3-4 tines since covid. Always very good.
