Only in Mullingar for a week and decided to try a, new to us, Indian restaurant. Rang in and ordered a takeaway to be collected at 7.30. Arrived a few minutes early but it was ready. Chicken Tikka Madras and Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi with 2 Pilau Rice. Both dishes were excellent and we thought better than our two favourite Indian restaurants at home. Terrific find. Would love to revisit.

I have ordered takeaway here several time and have always found the food to be very nice. Also unlike other Indian restaurants in town have never had to wait around for collection, the food is ready at the assigned collection time. I would recommend this restaurant based on nice food and good service. I've never had a bad meal here.

On a Tuesday night in Mullingar you might be surprised to see how many people are in silver oak. This gives it a good atmosphere. Then you notice how many are of Indian origin! Why because this is a great restaurant. The food was fantastic as always.
