The Silver Room Restaurant in Newcastle west

Stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, staff were top notch very helpful and friendly. Will definitely make a point of visiting again.

From the moment we entered we were treated the very best. The staff were curtious kind and very friendly. When the food was served it was second to none and I have to say delicious. Would like to say a big thank you for making our grandsons confirmation meal a truly special day

Love this restaurant. Service excellent. Food always amazing. The staff are fantastic. My no 1 place to dine. Menu is always perfect. What I really love is as a regular customer we don't have to order our usual drink, automatically served. Whether it is lunch or Dinner the food is wonderfully cooked and presented

Working in the hospitality industry myself for years, so I am hard to impress, but this place was fantastic. Waitress is attentive but not intrusive. Very polite. It's just fantastic. Bravo. I have been in Newcastle many times and reviewed most restaurants around the block. I must say I lost hope until I tried the silver room. It is the only place that stands out. And by a mile ahead of everyone else in town. I would dare to compare it to some 5star hotels just excellent! Very well done.

My partner, mother, and I just enjoyed an amazing Sunday lunch here. Whenever we pass by Newcastle West, we make it a point to visit this place. I can never find fault with it, everything is of outstanding quality, from the generous portions to the flavorful food and exceptional service. Among my favorites are the black pudding spring roll, the lamb special, and the apple crumble with berries. It's no wonder they've earned several awards over the years. We've been here more than 8 times, and its consistency is remarkable. I believe the tall guy is the manager, he's fantastic and very attentive, as are the two girls who served us, ensuring everyone in the restaurant is well taken care of. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back soon. J
