11/07/2026: This pizza place is amazing! Seriously, the best halal pizza I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were super fresh. Every time I order I just want more, and it was made to perfection. Plus, the service was super friendly. Definitely coming back for more!

The food is well presented and very well cooked.
I had the fishermen’s platter and it was very tasty,
My wife had the goats cheese and she loved it.
We will definitely come back.

29/03/2026: Literally couldn't recommend this place enough. I booked in for three night but unfortunately due to zn accident at work I only stayed one night. When the staff found out zbout the accident they couldn't do enough for me. They really went above and beyond to assist me. I would recommend to znybody and I look forward to staying there in the future.

27/05/2026: Fantastic pub, very helpful & friendly staff. It's the kind of bar that you walk in a stranger & leave a friend. You can choose to have a quiet drink & some food or chat to the staff & locals. We've held a few birthday parties in their beer garden which is amazing, they organised the food for us at very reasonable prices.
Their window sessions are always brilliant, they bring amazing talent to the town - Fun Loving Criminals, Mary Coughlan, Aslan, as well as up & coming musicians & local musicians 🎤 🎶
They're continuously improving the premises & have turned it into a fantastic spot for music lovers.
Kudos to owners Seamus & Brenda, their manager Lisa & their staff, they never disappoint 🥂
09/04/2026: Made a brief visit yesterday afternoon for a chat and catch up with Seamus and Brenda. Atmosphere in here was brilliant. Enjoyed our brief visit looking forward to seeing them again when we are down there again.

20/06/2026: We were recently visiting Newcastle West from USA & Germany and were looking for a cozy traditional pub. We stopped by the Silver Dollar Bar for a nice evening out. Landlord Patrick, all his staff and guests welcomed us as if we were family. We all had the most enjoyable evening listening, singing and dancing to a live traditional music session. We will definitely visit the Silver Dollar Bar next time we’re in Newcastle West.

17/07/2026: Lovely place to dine if you’re passing by or on holiday. Most of the food was great. They have an outside area but wouldn’t recommend to sit out if the sun is strong. The staff that served us was professional and helpful!
14/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant was very disappointing. We ordered a gluten-free Caesar salad to go because my son has celiac disease, and even small amounts of gluten can cause him serious discomfort.
On the plus side, the staff noticed the mistake and tried to correct it. Unfortunately, it appears the salad wasn't prepared from scratch – some gluten-containing ingredients clearly remained in the dish. As a result, my son experienced severe discomfort after eating the meal, which was a huge stressor for us.
If a restaurant claims to offer gluten-free dishes, it should strictly adhere to their preparation guidelines. In the case of celiac disease, removing the gluten-containing ingredient isn't enough – the dish should be prepared from scratch, following the rules to prevent cross-contamination.
I hope this review will encourage the restaurant to implement appropriate procedures, as such errors can have serious health consequences for people with celiac disease.

07/07/2026: Fresh cod and chips is scrumdiddlieumptious ! So good. I've missed proper fish and chips take away in the UK but I have now found a very good replacement. Delicious and very reasonably priced... Thanks Perozzi
29/05/2026: The menu clearly stated home cut potatoe chips, what I got was supermac chips over salted..in general food was OK, poorly presented on plate, however the pizza looked great on other guest plate.
