Longcourt House Hotel in Newcastle west

Had a lovely meal today. The staff were very attentive and professional. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend it.

I have delivered training here over the last 4 weeks and as always everything was as requested. I'd like to give a special thanks to John, who went over and above ensuring I and the participant's were comfortable and looked after. Very pleasant to deal with, and focused on customer needs...5 🌟

We stayed before Christmas 23 and after including New year - staff were amazing, extremely helpful and very polite - we had our 11 month old and they helped us so much with him also. They made our stay easy and relaxing - cant praise the staff enough from reception, bar, restaurant to the door men were all fanrastic looking forward to coming back in the near future.

I attended the hotel for a meal after the funeral of a family member. The service and friendliness of the staff was brilliant. The food was lovely and i couldn't fault anything, very generous portions too. I would highly recommend for any functions.

Our meal in the restaurant was amazing. Best food we've had in a long time. We will certainly be going back again.

Very friendly staff .Nothing was too much bother .The breakfast was fantastic .Usually as a Coeliac we're used to very poor breakfasts but not in the Longcourt .A full Gluten free Irish Breakfast including g/f sausages and pudding .They had emailed us before our stay to say that they would be happy to cater for us in anyway just inform the staff .Well done .We'll be back .

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff

The barmaid /bar staff was lovely. I didn't remember her name... However, without her service, this place wouldn't even derserve 1 star
