The Silver Salmon - Grill & Seafood Restaurant in Ennis

Food was ok. Service was slooooooooooooow( and not very attentive) it took an inordinate amount of time to get a server to our table, drink orders, etc. The only thing that was fast was the check. The Halibut fish and chips was good.

Chill, quiet vibe Great food and drinks The chowder and cheese bread is to die for! We will be getting that every time we roll through!

We stopped here for lunch and the food was quite excellent. All the seafood was fresh, especially the oyster shooters. This is one of the better seafood restaurants we've been to on the coast.

We went there for a Valentines Meal. They couldn't find our reservation, but we were early enough that we did get a seat. Wife ordered the special Risotto and I ordered the Surf and Turf (Filet mignon and jumbo prawns). The risotto was cooked perfectly and my wife LOVED it! My steak was a bit over, but tender, the prawns... Head on, shell on, not cleaned well. By the time I unwrapped the prawns with my hands, I had bits and pieces all over the table and myself. Stain fighter pen was well used! Otherwise, a great dinner at a great venue!

Very good meal, warm wait staff. Watch for the framed results of the Crayon Coloring Art contest which is obviously a pretty serious competition
