The Snug Bar in Athlone

We had an amazing time at The Snug Bar! Kyle made us feel right at home and we had great conversation, great drinks and great atmosphere! We can’t wait to return!

Came here with a group from the US a few months ago. Awesome place for some drinks. Service was top notch. Owner even gave me a tour of the bar. Next time we come to Ireland, were definitely stopping in Athlone and coming to this bar for a fun night

Recently had my son's 21st in the Snug ( in the Beer Garden)!! It was a brilliant night. The beer garden was perfect, atmosphere was fantastic. The service was unreal. The food was delivered to our tables exactly when they said it would be. Even when the staff were "up to their eyes" , when I asked for the birthday cake, it was brought to me , candles and all 😁 🎂 I can't thank you Pat & staff enough for everything. My son & guest wil have fond memories forever. Thank You.

We were in the snug bar recently and had a fantastic time. There was a great welcome from Pat, Kyle, Feidhlim and staff. We had gorgeous food from next door and it was great to see two businesses working together,the atmosphere was electric. We will definitely be back in the future!
