Visited on Saturday for our first time out with the little one and it was amazing. Having ran pizzerias myself in the past I can be very critical however this hit the mark on all aspects especially on service where the host/manager was lovely and congratulated us with a starter on the house. This is what I call going the extra mile and I look forward to returning to this establishment. The bathrooms are immaculate also which is also a positive when you have a child who is quite young.
Giving 1 star for service because I went there tonight with my husband (around 8pm) we didn't have a reservation but the place was half empty so we thought that should be fine. After 10 minutes waiting at the door the waitress finally comes over and she said that she's not taking any more orders to which we said ok, can we order takeaway? Again her answer was no as they are extremely busy. It made absolutely no sense, there were at least 6 tables that we could see abolutely free but not cleaned. We were there before when it was ACTUALLY busy and this lovely Italian waiter still took us in and despite the restaurant was busy and the service was 10/10.
