The Surf Hut in Tramore

15/04/2025: Some posts have described this hotel as tired, run down and in need of a facelift. True but I describe it as lived in. In not luxurious but its more than adequate. Carparking is a short walk away, convenient enough. Its a great hotel right next to the water and very handy to the town centre, the strand and arcades plus nearby walks. Its dog friendly so full marks already. Zoe was allowed into the bar and dining room, albeit in a cosy corner. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The food is great too with good size servings, you won't go hungry! The room was comfortable although the bathroom is a lttle cramped. Tea/coffee making space is limited but we got by. The shower over bath was good, the bed comfy, so all in all full marks and no complaints. Happy to stay here again if we venture to this area.

11/04/2025: Beautiful spot right next to the sea, staff is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent!
