I was with some friends having a few pints of Guinness and it was great. The service was excellent and we had a great conversation with the bartender, who even recommended places to visit.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet Irish pub,The Tavern is a perfect once.Dominic is a very friendly guy and is strict about his admission policy.The regulars are really nice people.

The SpitJack Limerick

03/04/2026: I went to SPITJACK in Limerick fir lunch today, Ilia was my waiter, he was nice and polite asked about food allergies etc… the atmosphere was great, the presentation was amazing the food was so delicious.
02/04/2026: Nice wait staff, place was quiet when I was there. Unfortunately the lunch menu was missing a couple of items I wanted, but the chicken was nice and the staff accommodated my low carb request with salad instead of chips. They do accept American Express.
