The Tower Cafe in Dublin

Everyone has to visit Glasnevin cemetery and loose yourself in the history and struggle for Irish independence as brilliantly narrated by our very informative guide Niambh. We were lucky enough to be there for the anniversary of the burial of O'Donovan Rossa and the graveside oration of Padraig Pearse. Absolutely fantastic 👏

A great place to visit, I took a tour which is highly recommended. Glasnevin is a beautiful peaceful place, it has excellent facilities for visitors, museum, cafe and restrooms.

I recommend. not only tools but also kitchen equipment

It's very handy the car park is thir when you are going to a funeral

This cemetery, this is the national pride of Ireland. It is so interesting there are museums and a store where you can buy national items.

I visit here once a year for the James larkin memorial.I first attended James larkin funeral in 1947 with my late Father.This man did more for working people than any other I know.

We took the guided tour at 11.30 today with Niamh and she did an incredible job. Highly informed, it was like listening to the story unfold as we went from site to site. She was able to handle all questions and was exceptionally friendly. I have a degree in history and still felt like I was learning something new. The exhibition centre was modern and informative. We also did the walk up O'Connells tower and I will say that it is not for anyone with heart issues, health issues or limited mobility, but for those who can it is well worth it.

A must visit when in Dublin, better on a dry day but a great guided tour

Nice to go visit have a walk around , museum shop, coffee shop plus tour guides talking about the history of Irelands independent leaders from the past, plus it's free enterence..

Booked the tour on a whim to tie in with a trip to The Gravediggers. Extremely glad I did; Shane was an exceptional guide, a fountain of knowledge and a great communicator. If you’re in Dublin and have an interest in history; this is a tour you need to book.
