The Water's Edge in Moville

Stayed on a Friday night in January. Staff were fantastic. Room was lovely facing on to the water. Pool was well maintained and perfect for our infant daughter.

It was a beautiful view, the dinner and breakfast was lovely, although if you get a family room, the singular bed in the corner isn't that great, it is more uncomfortable, but the other beds are absolutely fine. The family room has a refrigerator, and complementary biscuits, aswell as a coffee maker, which is lovely. It is very peaceful in the red castle hotel, and the pool was amazing. It is a very large building and even has 4 floors (I think) but it was by far, the best hotel in Donegal I've been to.

Nice room, great view while dining. Fun area to drive around....reasonable distance to shopping, ocean walk etc.

Lovley 3 day break at Redcastle Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel heat was on all the time, we have never been to any hotel as warm as Redcastle. Breakfast is unbelievable

Had a fabulous back massage today from Stephanie. she was rly friendly and offered me advice after my treatment to ensure my back felt better in the future. all the staff my partner and i came into contact with were lovely and we really enjoyed the facilities throughout. my only issue is that the pool temperature could have been a tad warmer but i still enjoyed it nonetheless!

This hotel seemed more concerned about saving costs, rather than providing great customer service. Unlike most hotels we've stayed at, there was no coffee in the lobby. In addition, there were constant banging sounds in the hallway late at night. I will say that the food was very good.

Stayed here for a while during an ireland trip on coach. All staff were polite and helpful, food was fantastic.

Disappointing arrival, problem at reception on arrival, I would have imagined a more pleasant arrival, given the standing of the hotel, shame!
