The Water's Edge in Moville

I left. my make-up bag in room 204. My daughter emailed the hotel and got.an email back to say nothing.was found.My make bag contained.over 200 hundred pounds of products and perfume.We.had.a beautiful stay for my birthday but this has been very annoying.The.room was beautiful.with an ocean view but the pillows were not of good quality.For a 4 star hotel I would.have.expected better.As I have said losing my make up was very dissappointing to say the least

We had a great weekend and caught the start of the spring weather. The staff were always on hand making our stay at the spa fun.

Great hotel, booked into the spa and the Indian head massage was excellent! Great location, spa and hot tubs for adults, swimming pool for everyone too and also a gym and golf course onsite. Staff were amazing too!

Me and daughter recently went to the redcastle hotel to use the swimming pool, the pool was great my daughter loves swimming down there,....but the changing facilities if your with a child aren't good enough, My daughter is 8 she had to change with me in the Mens changing area in the toilet cubicle, there is nowhere for young children to change, also the lockers don't have keys so they can't be locked, they had keys a few months ago, you have to leave valuables at the reception to the pool....I think they need to do something about there changing facilities!!!.

We stayed here over the February half term, friendly greeting on arrival, bit disappointed our view was the car park but a really nice hotel, breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed using the pool , unfortunately there was no night time entertainment on the three nights we were there but we travelled the short distance to Moville and where not disappointed, all in all a very relaxing three days away to recharge the batteries, Donegal is one of our favourite places to visit.

We absolutely love this hotel... so much so we have our wedding booked here for October 2027!! Thanks for everything so far

Booked for the weekend. Nice food and view. The only problem was the heating we changed 2 rooms cause of that. On the first one the heating didn’t work, and that s the reason we went for another room. On the next one the radiator was going non stop, felt like a sauna inside, couldn’t sleep, the only person at night time that could help us brought a fan 😂 Funny enough… Beside that everything was clean and staff was nice.

Lovely hotel, great facilities. 2 bedroom room was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. Had dinner in the bar, great food. Booked with Rory Travel Club - brilliant value for money.

Nice mid week break. Food good Pool warm and clean. Staff very helpful The place could however do with a bit of a makeover as showing age in some areas. Overall good and will be back

We had a wonderful weekend break at the Redcastle Hotel from the minute we walked in the door Our huge sea view room was so welcoming comfortable with magnificent sea views across Lough Foyle at sunrise and sunset A full breakfast and our evening meals were delicious The service and cleaning staff are to be complimented A fabulous 3 night break at a fantastic hotel we will go back soon Mary & Helen
