26/08/2025: A wonderful restaurant experience and the food is out of this world. Would HIGHLY recommend the chorizo croquettes for starters and the seabream for mains. The croquettes are huge and you get 3 of them. Golden and crispy on the outside with a smooth potato mix in the inside. The chorizo cubes added in gave it a wonderful texture and flavour and with a plentiful serving of cheese shavings on top and a bed of salad this starter is perfectly balanced. The seabream comes served in a deep dish. It had a really crispy skin too, which I absolutely loved. Served on top of new potatoes and fresh pak choi it's such a light, but filling, dish. Underneath the veg is a buttery/lemon sauce and plenty of caviar (fish roe), which adds a lovely pop of saltiness to the dish, it's truly a delight to experience such flavours. I was too full to have dessert but the table next to us did and they looked amazing. The staff were absolutely fantastic. So attentive, friendly and seem genuinely happy in their jobs.
