The Wild Duck Dublin in Dublin

Found this place by accident & absolutely loved it. The decor is out of horror movies, you can give them currency from your country, write on it & they'll staple it to the ceiling then take your picture behind the bar. The drinks were well priced, heavy pours & delicious. I absolutely will return to this place when I return to Dublin. ....oh & the music is spot on for all 80s/90s music lovers. Seriously fabulous all around. We had 3 drinks each for under $30 pp.

The food was absolutely fantastic. 🤤 We were a group of nine and got a great table right in the middle of the place, creating a lively and social atmosphere. The shots were top-notch and added a fun touch to the evening. All in all, a great experience from start to finish.

We had a lovely meal here in Dublin, really quirky decor and a more chilled pub atmosphere than most in Temple Bar on a Saturday night! The food was really reasonably priced around €17 a main, and so were the drinks €8 a pint, which is up to €11 at some bars in the area. The waiters were really attentive and lovely, and the food tasted lovely - we had the Irish cottage pie and the chicken parm. We even watched a hurling match on the TV which was a nice Irish experience! Overall, a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone in the area.

We stumbled on this bar and it was the cult meets Ireland, meets perfect vibes. We loved it! Every surface was covered in pop culture, movie posters, and horror/punk rock memorabilia. It reminded me of a very eclectic bar in Houston, TX. We will be going back again before our time is through here to learn the origins of the bar.

An excellent hidden gem that avoids the absolute chaos of the main temple bar area. It is still popular with a good atmosphere but it is just much more calm than elsewhere. Good price as well compared to other places nearby.

Ten of us arrived at short notice, and the staff did everything they could to get us a table quickly.... Great service! Delicious food! We had burgers, chicken wings, chicken skewers, and nachos...all excellent! Thank you for the wonderful evening! The atmosphere and decor are amazing!

Help me I can't 🤣🤣 it should be a plate for 2 but in reality 4 people eat there. What can I say, a nice place, with excellent beers and tasty dishes. We had a really rich mixed plate. The atmosphere was perfect and the music accompanied us throughout the lunch.

Great atmosphere, good drinks - also inexpensive & the food was great too!!!!
