Clearly a locals bar but Shane made me a visitor from England feel really welcome and well looked after. Some Eccentric clientele, friendly and just a great experience. Last of the Mohicans, a real slice of Dublin catch it before its gone .

17/03/2024: Love the "local" bar. Grand bar food. Great for sports on TV too.
16/03/2024: Lovely pub but need to work on their vegetarian food. A vegetable curry made of onions, mushroom and peppers is out of date. The menu had no veg options on it to start and had to ask for this (which I was thankful for considering). Poor. Their competition in Lucan village have many more options for vegetarian eaters.

03/04/2024: Great pub waitresses & Bar staff are all lovely, spotless clean food is delicious 👨‍🍳 Only thing I would say is to pre book as it gets very busy orther than that I can’t fault the Elphin. Regular customers thanks a lot for always looking after us. Catherine & Rose
21/03/2024: Had a fabulous family gathering to celebrate my sister's special birthday. Beautiful food, and lovely helpful attentive staff. Would highly recommend 👌
