Great food always. Quality of Customer Service needs improvement. Bar/floor staff are distracted and inefficient

Here's a review based on your experience: *Disappointing Experience at The Yacht Pub and Restaurant* I recently visited The Yacht Pub and Restaurant with my partner and five family members. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. We all ordered the roast beef carvery dinner, which was poorly presented with excessive fat on the meat. The dinner was sloppily plated, giving the impression of a lack of care. Furthermore, the glasses provided for our drinks were dirty, which was unacceptable. One of the waitresses was also rude when we asked to order drinks, which added to our disappointment. The most concerning issue, however, was the lack of accessibility and assistance for my partner, who uses a wheelchair due to an accident. Navigating the entrance with two prams and a wheelchair was extremely challenging, and we received no help from the staff. This lack of support and accommodation was disappointing and unacceptable. Given these issues, I would not recommend The Yacht Pub and Restaurant to others. I was perplexed upon entry to realise that this place is a regular pub and not a yacht. I was extremely excited all week to go on a yacht. In fact It was all I could think about. I was looking up pictures of yachts and everything. I got a chicken burger ( with fries )

My wife and I came to Dublin to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and we are so happy to be here. we stopped in for a bite to eat after checking in to where we were staying up the street and we are so happy that we did. Our waitress was great! We are from out of town and she gave us lots of helpful information! The food was really good. We both had steak and tried the local beer and both are really good.. the atmosphere and ambience were nice and I ended up speaking with two other employees and the guy behind the bar while we were there and they were all real nice! We had a great time anD will definitely go back.

The Yacht Bar & Restaurant is a gem of a place, offering a fantastic ambience with both indoor and outdoor dining options, plus plenty of parking. I tried a couple of pints (around €8 each), and they were spot on. Honestly, I’d recommend this place mainly for its great atmosphere and some of the best pints around.

Called in yesterday for some food. They were doing Sunday carvery and the food was absolutely amazing! Fresh, hot & very tasty. Excellent value also! Staff were so friendly also and there was a lovely atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon.

The food wasn’t that great. We ordered carbonara pasta and it was good, but the sauce was very basic, nothing special. The waiter was friendly. It’s a bit expensive.

My husband and I had day 2 of our wedding at the Upper Deck on the Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend. David and the team were lovely to deal with. We had the place to ourselves, the food was delicious and they helped us orchestrate a quiz & music bingo that we wanted as our entertainment courtesy of the fantastic Quiz Host Ireland. Normalmente me encanta este lugar y rara vez me decepciona. Ayer por la noche comí una ensalada César como plato principal y fue precioso como de costumbre. Pero el postre era horrible... Decía "tarta de manzana caramelizada" que era apetitosa. Cuando la cosa llegó, era una tarta de manzana que definitivamente no se hizo en el día que sabía rancio, y estaba cubierto por una piscina de caramelo industrial y salsa de fresa. Todo estaba suave, sabía divertido y no correspondía en absoluto a lo que había en el menú. Por 9 € , se espera pastelería fresca y caramelo casero. Un gran fracaso.
