This is a great spot for a carvery when you feel like a spot of meat and 2 veg . The pub is always clean and tidy, staff are friendly and efficient, and service is quick. Can't fault this establishment for a good value hot meal in the middle of the day.

Normalmente me encanta este lugar y rara vez me decepciona. Ayer por la noche comĂ­ una ensalada CĂ©sar como plato principal y fue precioso como de costumbre. Pero el postre era horrible... DecĂ­a "tarta de manzana caramelizada" que era apetitosa. Cuando la cosa llegĂł, era una tarta de manzana que definitivamente no se hizo en el dĂ­a que sabĂ­a rancio, y estaba cubierto por una piscina de caramelo industrial y salsa de fresa. Todo estaba suave, sabĂ­a divertido y no correspondĂ­a en absoluto a lo que habĂ­a en el menĂș. Por 9 € , se espera pastelerĂ­a fresca y caramelo casero. Un gran fracaso.

Mi colega y yo caminamos desde el Clontarf Castle Hotel a este pub para almorzar un lunes por la tarde. El pub era hermoso y bastante grande, con varias secciones de asientos en la parte trasera junto con una gran chimenea. El barman era muy agradable y servicial. Encontramos una mesa y aprendimos que caminas hasta la cocina trasera, tomas un plato y te sirven allí. Pedí el Cottage Pie y vino con varios lados como puré de guisantes y papas - era un montón de comida. El pastel era muy bueno, pero no pude terminar toda la comida. ¥Buen pub!

24/04/2025: We had the picanha and the stroganoff. The food was good, but there was little rice for the amount of stroganoff.
06/04/2025: With a few Brazilian options close to Tia Maria, what brings me here is the quality and fair price. I've been here several times and I'm always very well received. I've had Parmegiana, Picanha, Chicken fillet with creamed corn... Everything is always well served and delicious. * I only want to draw the establishment's attention to the beans. I think that putting more effort into the seasoning would be a significant and important point to adjust, considering our Brazilian passion for beans with a homemade flavor. Any artificial seasoning (sazon) is not welcome. Thanks Tia Maria, see you soon!

Bison Bar

18/05/2025: Small pub with very helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere created by the style of the place and the duo performing there that night gave this bar a unique charm. Music, meat, and beer lovers, this is the place to go!
