Thunder Road Cafe in Dublin

We stumbled across this resturaunt and were pleasantly surprised by the nice music, friendly staff and busy atmosphere. However we had to wait over 40 minutes food with no notice or apology, and whilst it was delicious, my partner found a hair on his burger so we then had to unfortunately wait even longer whilst the food was remade, leading to disappointment. That being said, the waiter who dealt with this problem was very polite and handled the matter with great care, hence the three stars. I appreciate resturaunt are busy working in hospitality myself but we were not that impressed today.

A very beautiful and excellent restaurant, you can go there without hesitation. A huge thank you to Tara who was very friendly and professional during service. I also celebrated my 38th birthday there on December 14th. I also want to thank the person who found me a table at the restaurant since I arrived without a reservation. They were very welcoming and kind. I'll be back for my next birthday. Thank you Djamel

Candice made our first visit to thunderroad so special. We had a fabulous experience.

Had a lovely meal here right before heading to a concert. Food came within 10 minutes from when we ordered which’s just what we needed seems we didn’t have much time. The service was excellent, so welcoming, nice and friendly! The Brazilian guy at the door made our experience here great from the start and Candice with her top tier service throughout our staying! Looking forward to coming back!

Paulina looked after 17 of us and she was fantastic, my sons 4th birthday celebrations and she couldn’t have been more accommodating… thank you Paulina for making it so special!

Brilliant food and our server Bernie was exceptional. Definitely recommend , thank as two days in a row , the chicken tagliatelle was to die for

This spot is a great place to go for food, drinks and a laugh. The staff were really nice and welcoming, we went two days in a row and the staff we had were amazing. We had Ethan, Enis, Frances, Gio and our bartender was Nathan. We are definitely coming back soon - Your favourite Cork Girls
