Nice cafe bar. Sirloin steak could be better quality . Very chewy. i was literally was chewing for ages and found it hard to swollow. comfortable place and service was good

Got a gift card for Oscar's..... visited with friend for early Sunday supper. We secured a window snug , with a wonderful view of the square; very quiet to allow an enjoyable catch up chat while waiting for our meal. Food was delicious and waiting staff were very responsive and helpful.

Unassuming place across from the Hostel. We were looking for somewhere for a nice dinner, and stumbled on Oscar's. What a great interior, warm lighting, kind of funky stuff. Solid menu, had a really nice dinner. Would recommend.

Couldn't fault the place, went with my wife before heading to the cinema in the lighthouse. Wings and steak were fantastic. My wife's said it was one of the nicest Bruschettas she's ever had. And not too pricey considering it's Dublin.

03/03/2024: Coffee is always amazing! Had some uncomfortable encounters with staff now though. Have been quite blunt when asked questions, and baristas making the coffees staring at customers waiting, smirking and whispering between eachother. Makes for a really uncomfortable environment and drove me to just leave with my coffee when I had planned to sit down and enjoy it. Second time I've noticed this among the young staff, a more professional/friendly approach should probably be pushed.

31/03/2024: Great spot for a pint and food is good as bar food goes. Limited food menu and steep enough food prices when I was there over Patrick's weekend. Staff were lovely and very accommodating, however it was clear the place was understaffed with server apologising multiple times for delays with food wait times. Will definitely return for pints, on a quieter weekend. Lovely beer garden also.
