Mespil Hotel in Dublin

A Very Warm Welcome Back to the Mespil Hotel We stayed at the Mespil for both our visits to Dublin, in May/June 2023 and March 2024. We like the hotel because of its great location — walking distance to our favorite places including Coffee 2 Go, Bloom Brasserie and Searsons Of Baggot Street. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. On our return visit one early morning in March, Joao Mosca at the front desk remembered us and greeted us warmly. He not only arranged an early check-in for us while we had breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant (also very good), he even took our bags to the room and left us a small box of Butler’s chocolates with a lovely welcome-back note. We will return.

Fantastic location with a wide variety of food and coffee options nearby. Staff are amazing. I’ll be back!

Our favourite hotel in Dublin. This is the best hotel. We have stayed here lots of times. Breakfast is wonderful. One area for improvement is the coffee at breakfast. It is the worst coffee, it is weak and there is not much coffee in it. It looked like tea both mornings. None of our group drank it. Please make stronger coffee 🙏

We come here to the Mespil Hotel quite regularly for food. It’s a beautiful hotel, we come to relax and sometimes do some paperwork. Romina one of the staff, waitresses she is lovely, warm person and always is there to greet us with her friendly smile Ten out of ten. Thank you Stephen and Nikki 😉

Nice hotel, but it is rather solid 3* not 4*. Room isolation not so great, can hear people talking from hall way.

Very clean, modern accommodation. Friendly staff. Close to Ballsbridge and center by foot.

We had an exquisite dinner tonight. Cook Mac's apple crumble was simply divine. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweet and tart, with a crunchy topping that left us wanting more. Delightful dining experience from start to finish! A big thank you to Michelle.
