We stopped for lunch while visiting the island. Not only did they have gluten-free options, they were extra careful, used a dedicated fryer for the chips and it was all delicious.

Not sure if I'm reviewing the right business as we stayed elsewhere on the island but we ate a few meals here during our stay and honestly this is the best food you can get on the island!

The Milk Thistle kitchen

25/07/2026: The best staff, always so friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic too, great quality, never disappoints. Love the atmosphere there, always so welcoming. Will continue to go there again and again.
02/06/2026: I just love my food. And the milk thistle is without doubt the very best restaurant in limerick by far. I can be found there every Saturday morning and at least once during the week. Fantastic staff, even my 2 year old grandson knows their names and they make a fuss over him. But its the food that keeps bringing me back. Sets you up for the day. You should try it and be amazed.👍👍👍👍😜😜😜😜🙄
