We were looking for a classic Irish pub, so we ended up here. Yes, this is it. A beer and a whiskey together was 13.30. Really historic environment. We really liked it. We were there on a weekday evening, but I was surprised that there were only 1-2 people besides us.

Nice pub always busy here gud sign only went there Sunday for quick drink as boyfriend wanted to see first half of United game it's a pub Ur welcome in all welcome cosy pub has lots of TVs for games staff seem nice

We popped in here for a drink and was amazed at how lovely the place is , a proper locals 👏 pub lovely friendly atmosphere and a very good pint aswell.

12/07/2025: We ordered the Toasted Special, and some may think was only a sandwich but It was absolutely delicious, so much so, we brought two more to go! Excellently tasty and well put together food. Nicest lunch in a very long time! Parking outside was great also. Would very much recommend.
21/05/2025: Vary the music.....food and staff are grand.....arrived @13.30pm.....the age profile of the clientele would appreciate some operatic arias.....
