Tippenyaki in Dublin

We had an absolutely brilliant experience at Tippenyaki in Rathmines for my son’s Communion. The food and service were excellent from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special family celebration. The staff went above and beyond to make a big deal of my son on the day, which meant so much to us. They even allowed him to stand behind the counter and join in on the live cooking show with all of the children and adults watching — he absolutely loved it and it made the day unforgettable. A huge thank you to all the team for making the occasion so special. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! The food was amazing, and the teppanyaki, where the food is prepared right in front of you, was absolutely fun. I loved it. The chef is a pro, funny and very entertaining. While you’re waiting, you don’t even feel hungry because the show is on, with lots of interaction, so the time flies by and your dish arrives before you know it. I went there for a romantic dinner with my girlfriend with no expectations, we just wanted a nice meal, but we left very happy and completely full. You have to go and try it!

We came here for a birthday celebration and it was easily the best decision! The grill experience was so much fun and the food was absolutely top-tier—easily some of the best we've ever had. ​The atmosphere was electric and the staff were incredibly friendly. They made the birthday feel extra special with a lovely dessert, a candle, and a birthday song that we all loved! If you want a night with great energy and even better food, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They were so kind and accommodating we had a group of 12 and they got us in and were seriously the best! The food was delicious and better than any hibachi in the U.S.. We had two birthdays and they made it so special and fun! Wonderful service, delicious food, and fantastic staff!!! Seriously cannot recommend this restaurant enough they are a fabulous establishment and truly deserving of all the praise they get! A must book for the next time you are in Dublin😁😁😁
