07/12/2024: The Salmon Ramen was made with fresh ingredients. Soup was tasty with a spicy tang. Staff were attentive and beer and wines also available or you can bring your own wine as it describes in a tight yet varied noodle and Sushi menu. Always busy especially at weekends but they accommodate single customers if they have space. In a lively location every evening!

06/12/2024: It was a rainy day and a tourist did not have an umbrella, so the staff member offered up an umbrella to her!! Service was awesome! Sadly, I was not a fan of their ramen. The broth was not very flavorful and reminded me of flavored ramen packets. The portions were sizable. The pork slices were thin and tender but needs more flavor. The ramen had a full soft boiled egg and really tasty marinated bamboo shoots. I preferred the Naruto ramen over the chicken ramen (more teriyaki flavored due to the drizzle over the chicken). The chicken was cooked juicy but didn't have much flavor aside from the topped teriyaki sauce.
