Tom Mahers in Waterford

20/12/2025: I have to post an update to my previous review. Our latest visit to Supermacs was a completely different, and wonderful, experience. The staff were far friendlier and more attentive than before. But what truly made our day was an act of kindness that went above and beyond. My son, who is autistic, was trying to open the door to the stairs. A staff member (a lovely female employee whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) didn't just open the door—she kindly and safely carried him up the stairs herself. This simple act of kindness has changed my view.

12/12/2025: I have to compliment Angela at your Cork Road branch in Waterford. Angela is an outstanding staff member. We have been served by her numerous times and Everytime it is done with patience, care and most of all a fantastic attitude. She truly is an asset to your company. Staff like this make the business successful. I hope you can relay the compliment to Angela.
