Town Yard Modern Bistro in Malahide

Nice place small enough inside. Suitable for vegetarian mostly but has one chicken one beef and one lamb dish.

I was impressed with my dining experience at Town Yard. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. I will be back. Highly recommended!

The staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. We got the vegan tartare and the vegan poke bowl, both were a little underwhelming for my tastes. It seemed like they were missing the flavor component that brings it all together. I wish I had more specific feedback and loved that they even had vegan options so that’s a plus.

Beautiful place, beautiful food, great and genuine ingredients!

We had dinner here on a Saturday night; we were able to get a reservation for 2 at 5:30 at 4:45. We were glad we did! The service was perfect: attentive without being overbearing. The food was wonderful. We had Goats Cheese Bon Bons and Bread Selection & Dips for starters. This was more food than we expected; there were 5 of the bon bons with a nice, small salad, and plenty of slices of bread with garlic butter and basil pesto as the spreads. For mains we had Scallop Linguine and a Poke Bowl With Marinated Tofu. Both were ample portions. I was a bit surprised that the quinoa and tofu in the poke bowl were cold, but once I got over the surprise, t was excellent - very flavorful. Dessert was a shared latte, Apple and Berry Crumble, and Almond Affogato. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was delightful. We also had a glass of wine and a bottle of cider. The total was about 113EUR - call it 60 a person, and we had more food than we could eat. The couple next to us had Flambés Gambas as a starter - it was eyecatching, and evidently very tasty. A wonderful evening out!

On a small side street close to the water, this place offers extraordonary food in a comfortable setting with a view. Service was excellent and I get the feeling they are unaware of how good they really are.

Best meal in years! Absolutely love the service, vibe and food. If you are visiting in a close by town it’s worth the trip! The next time we will try the seafood tower for two. That looks like a real treat. We had the scallops and linguine and fish special of the day. The berry dessert was stellar. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
