Clean and tidy rooms. But the restaurant gets very busy. If you are on a coach trip expert to to be seated next to someone you may not know

Great location. Parking across road for 24 hours cost €12 or drive to Aldi car park & hotel will reimburse you for it.

Old world hotel. Very comfortable room. Unlike other hotels, pool was warm and facilities all working. Bar food good.
The only downside was: a staff shortage in the bar which delayed service, tables being cleaned and food delivered.
The warning sign to use the non slip mat in the shower is too small and not in a prominant spot.

Basic hotel that is accurately priced. Staff were very young but friendly and attentive. Food was very basic.
Outdated carpet floors and facilities. Non smoking policy is not well policed.
Ideal location in the city by the river with access to the Greenway. Free parking is offsite and not well signposted.

The hotel is warm and comfortable, a little bit old fashioned but charming in its decor. All the staff were friendly and helpful – inclduing the barman, receptionist, cleaning staff, leisure centre staff, and the wait staff.
The hotel is accessible, with a wheel chair lift, elevator and stairs for access.
The room, located to the front of the building on the second floor, was comfortable and clean with an impressive bathroom and spacious shower. However, traffic noise from the bus stop and road below could be heard from within the room.
The leisure centre lockers do not have locks, so exercise some caution as the pool is open to members of the public as well as guests of the hotel.
I would advise parking in front of the hotel in the Merchant's Key carpark. We parked in the Glen car park which provided free parking for the duration of our stay. However, the carpark is poorly maintained and unsecure. Upon returning to our car, there was considerable damage to the paintwork on the rear righthand exterior done by another car. Also there were needles and syringes and cigarette butts littered on the ground by the passenger door. Sketchy. Avoid.

Great stay at treacys, and will definatly return!
rooms well kept and very clean.
Great location.
Dinner was gorgous
Facilities were excelent
Majority staff where friendly espically reception who called to make sure we were still ok for our stay as we emailed forward to say will be arriving late.
Entertainment in busy bar was brilliant but ended so early understandably.
All be it busy, the bar staff let this great spot down with lackluster slow service forgetting to finish serving and constantly having to ask customers if they would mind been served there drinks in the same glass🙈
Wont put us off fantastic visit we had
