A confortable hotel close to Shannon airport that will help to relax during your vacation or trip in Ireland. Well located with several rooms and a fine internal restaurant as weel as meeting rooms. I join winter period but no problem with windy and raining session period. Finally it is close to supermarket in case of any need. I suggest

Unexpected stay at this hotel due to a diverted flight. It was a lovely extention to our holiday. Hotel is lovely, rooms great and all staff were very friendly. Only downside, due to the very poor weather we couldn't see any of the surroundings areas.

We were assigned this hotel after our flight was diverted due to weather. The staff were fantastic, so very helpful and informative. The room was large in good order with good facilities. The food was excellent. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very helpful receptionist and rooms were lovely. Only complaint was only 1 bath towel on the rad in the bathroom. Please put 2 towels in the bathroom

Wonderful pit-stop on our Irish adventures. After an evening of fun at the Bunratty Castle we stopped for the night. Staff was ok. Some were friendly while others were indifferent. The room was HUGE. It had 5 beds in the “bed room” as well as a pullout couch in the office / family type room. It had an old school tub with modern updates. The breakfast could have been better & was the 1 downfall of the hotel

Lovely hotel, I stayed down having work in shannon, very clean , nice staff and good rates for corporate. Food was nice in the bar with a decent size menu with good bit variety, few TV screens with spots on and a nice pint. Good location if touring around Limerick/Clare or working in the area

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. Our room was large, but partly dirty. The kettle was calcified, the seals in the bathroom were moldy, the toilet lid was still hanging on a screw and the window was also broken. The food average. The service inconspicuous. All in all acceptable for 2 nights but far away to feel comfortable.

Surprised by the size and decor in the hotel. Very well set out, staff attentive and rooms clean. The food was very good indeed. I would come back.
