Good solid 4star hotel, good food in both bar and restaurant

This is a wonderful hotel, stayed here many times, and happy to go back again, Room, dinner, check in staff all wonderful. Breakfast could have been warmer on our last occasion at Treacys

Didn't stay overnight, had a meal there after a funeral.

Generous sized rooms , breakfast was very pleasant- buffet style, Dinners ranged in price £10 for starters to £ 30 for a main . Staff were amazing

Good food, friendly staff and a pleasant surroundings

We stayed at this hotel in Shannon and I found the setting very pretty, with a style reminiscent of a wedding hotel. The room where we ate was also pleasant. Our room had a double bed and a single bed. The double bed wasn't very wide for two, so we ended up sleeping separately. The bathroom seemed recently renovated, but there was only a fixed shower head, no handheld shower, which wasn't very practical. The sink was small and, as is often the case, there wasn't really anywhere to put a large suitcase. In the restaurant, the food was good, but the vegetable and potato dishes were served in large sharing dishes. With the tables being quite wide, it wasn't easy to pass them around. The location is convenient: right next to a gas station, a McDonald's, and not far from a shopping center. The rooms are basic. A small problem during our stay: on the second evening, we no longer had electricity when we returned to the room, but reception quickly resolved the problem.

Very nice hotel…very nice staff…

Very helpful reception staff. Stayed in this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I had a video conference the next day which I hoped to attend at my destination. The reception desk woman was very helpful in finding a quiet spot for me to attend my video conference. Thank you!
