Treacys Oakwood Hotel in Shannon legal town

The hotel has a certain charm, but it's not worth 4 stars: no safe in the room, no refrigerator, no air conditioning, and the shower is mounted on top of the bathtub and doesn't have a hand shower. The bathroom is small and outdated. At 200 euros a night, it's not good value for money. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, the staff were friendly, and the housekeeping was efficient.

I had a lovely stay. I was so impressed with the high level of service and care. Room was perfect. Everything you need is close by. Special mention to Bera- thank you so much for being so kind to me & my daughter during our stay in a new country. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel, from how great it looks and to the staff. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly. The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms are beautifully decorated as is the hotel itself. Then the food, wow. The food is so tasty, the atmosphere is so laid back too. All in all it was definitely worth going and I'll definitely be back. I'd highly recommend staying here to anyone. Oh big shout out to your staff especially the younger ones, theyre a credit to you and themselves.

This hotel was lovely. Classically designed and beautiful rooms. The staff were so friendly, helpful, kind and they absolutely made the stay. I don't have enough nice things to say about them.

The location was absolutely great and all walking distance but not even far to the airport.
