29/05/2025: Lovely little spot to pick up a cuppa or homemade goodies plus they have really nice bits for sale like artisan foods, crafts & art. Easy parking outside too.

08/06/2025: I came off the train needing to kill a few hours and asked a few locals where to go, they pointed me in the direction of Craft Bistro. Sean served me and was absolutely lovely. Aaron the chef sorted me well out and the food was delicious, even down to the Potato Farls on the fry. Who'd have thought random late breakfast in Athlone you'd be trying new things but here we are. Lovely spot, lovely town.
