Very welcoming staff with good facilities, although tye rooms could do with a mirror and dressing table for the ladies. Located within a 3-5 minute walk to the centre of Tullamore.

Was there for food yesterday food was nice staff was bit slow but over all ok time

We were at an event in the hotel so we stayed the night and it was very handy. I booked well in advance so I got a good deal for an upgrade to a suite. It was a spacious room with sitting area but it's quite dated and definitely needs to be freshened up.

Love the facilities here...excellent pool, sauna & steam room but gym only OK. Great location with plenty of parking. Rooms can be hit or miss - room 121 was pretty grubby but having stayed here many times, most rooms are lovely. Friendly staff and great selection for breakfast, especially their continental spread. Very family friendly.

Great hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, service and atmosphere was superb also.

Hotel service was good, gym was small but functional. Location is great. I forgot the name of the food and beverage manager but he is a sound lad

We sadly visited for a family funeral but I have to say the staff were amazing and friendly at all times and the food that was put on was lovely.

Our stay was a mixed bag. The hits include the food, the general reception area which was laid out beautifully for Christmas, the breakfast which had a good selection of foods and the swimming pool when it was not full. The misses were the welcome at reception which showed that we were not wanted except for our money, service at dinner or breakfast. Poor and unterested for the main part in the customer and the swimming pool when busy (2nd evening with some stupid local comments about residents) the coffee at breakfast which was not drinkable. A shower which just about functioned but needs replacing. Last but not least was that there was no bin in the mens public toilets. Basic things for a 4 star hotel. Altogether, too many misses for us to be back

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Food and drink was good (especially the breakfast - gotta have a good breakfast). Very friendly reception staff. Comfortable double room.
