Our stay was a mixed bag. The hits include the food, the general reception area which was laid out beautifully for Christmas, the breakfast which had a good selection of foods and the swimming pool when it was not full. The misses were the welcome at reception which showed that we were not wanted except for our money, service at dinner or breakfast. Poor and unterested for the main part in the customer and the swimming pool when busy (2nd evening with some stupid local comments about residents) the coffee at breakfast which was not drinkable. A shower which just about functioned but needs replacing. Last but not least was that there was no bin in the mens public toilets. Basic things for a 4 star hotel. Altogether, too many misses for us to be back

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable.

Attended a conference and it was a very nice experience . Coffee shop in lobby really useful for a snack before the event began. Ample car parking. Location next to town. Lovely decorations for Christmas.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and had a wonderful time, the warm welcome and pleasant staff and atmosphere made it a home away from home!.

Given the wrong room at first but manager took care of that fast for me, asked for a morning wake up all for a early work meeting no car was made to me I was late getting up as a result. I travel alot for work this is something I requested all the time
