Lovely food truck with lovely people!

A very cute little Airstream-style caravan that serves as a food truck. Very pleasant service. Simple but tasty toasts, delicious pastries. Very reasonable prices.

I spotted this food truck while spacing out after listening to the sound of the waves for a while at the Bundoran Fairy Bridges along the Tullan coastal road. The caramel onion toast was so delicious that I ate one and packed another to go. The surrounding scenery is truly amazing and wonderful. As a Korean who travels to every corner of Ireland, I was talking yesterday about how delicious it would be if sandwiches had onions in them, but I never expected to discover this place today. Thank you for the kindness and the delicious ham, cheese, caramel, and onion toast. If any Koreans happen to pass by here, I hope you make sure to stop by for some coffee and delicious toast. It's the best.
