Uncle Tom's Cabin in Dublin

Super quality pub grub. The half chicken, full of flavour, was remarkable, best we've all had in ages. The Beef and Guinness stew, tasted as rich and wholesome as it looked. The sharing combo is a great choice to tuck into with friends. All 15-20e/head. The refurbished lounge is bright and family friendly. The staff, including the chef (thanks for chicken rec) and servers (shout out to Diego!) Were all so friendly and professional- they really add to the experience. A great local (and or 5 min walk from Dundrum luas). Refreshing change, an enjoyable and casual offering.

Leaps and bounds better since new ownership. Nice to see that food is being served, some of it looks delicious whereas some of it is a miss. Understandably since its recent reopening it will take some time to get into a rhythm, but for now the service isn’t the best. We were left waiting for 20 mins for our condiments to be brought out as they were forgotten. Affordable drinks and a good selection available.

The food was great and delicious, the service was very friendly and helpful, and we had a lot of fun.

A lesson in how to take a nice local pub and turn it into a kip. No taste. They put up a white upvc ceiling. Obviously owned by someone who has no taste.

Lounge was closed for nearly a year for refurbishment and has now reopened. Although there have being improvements in the overall decor the lounge it impractical for groups of more than 4 people as the new bench seating cannot accommodate more than four comfortably and now resembles Eddie Rockets restaurants and not a lounge bar . Maybe thats what the Landlord wants

Lovely bar with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are friendly. Pool table and darts board with good tunes

Just been to Uncle's Tom Cabin reopening and I left speechless. The quality of the food is incredible and there's such a great atmosphere. Got pool table and darts available. Super recommend the BBQ ribs, they're massive.

On Friday, the new, larger part of the bar is opening. I highly recommend it.
