Very friendly service, and The best flat white I’ve ever had, so fruity and delicious without any sweetener or flavoring. They have changed their water filtration system to create a perfect ph to taste the coffee bean. Must try for the coffee enthusiasts.

A really interesting and engaging tasting at Unfiltered on Saturday evening. Juljano's enthusiasm and knowledge for the craft and subtly of filter brewing is amazing and broad ranging. The dedication and drive to focus on exceptionally high quality of the coffee and experience was beyond impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and great to have this on the doorstep in Inchicore!

El mejor café en Dublín, o en cualquier lugar que haya estado. El sabor de mi corte explotó en mi boca en todas las notas que el servidor había prometido y me llenó de placer. Había escuchado de una fuente aleatoria, un barista haciendo todo lo posible en la parte trasera de un remolque en el parque Phoenix, que el propietario de Unifiltered es un alquimista obsesivo que se queda despierto hasta altas horas de la noche para obtener los niveles de pH justos para el agua que usa y así que me subí a mi pedal de dos ruedas - máquina de movimiento accionada y viajé 10 kilómetros para tomar un trago de esta mítica cerveza. La realidad superó la leyenda en cierto grado. Simplemente increíble el nivel que este tipo ha logrado. Amantes del café, súbanse a su bicicleta, súbanse a un autobús o a un LUAS, lo que sea... ¡simplemente vayan allí y apoyen a este genio malvado!
