You’ll meet brilliant local characters, pick up some weirdly fascinating fact, and walk out with a smile on your face. As for the recent negative reviews? Sounds like some people have been chugging Hatorade instead of Unfiltered’s world-class brews. Remember: these guys are obsessed with their craft first and foremost. They’re water scientists setting standards for the entire coffee industry. And if you can’t handle a little Cancer energy from the owner, that’s on you. Keep pouring greatness, Juljano & Thiago!

Actually a really good coffee with great service!

What a great experience! My partner and I had the best pour-over coffee. We were so immersed in the flavors that we didn’t even want to drink water, wanting to let the aftertaste linger a little longer. We were recommended to try our coffees at different temperatures and it was a game changer. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Mind blowing fruity and floral pour over coffee. The narrow focus on acidic coffee, along with the way the coffee is served, make this is a unique sensory experience in Dublin. The espresso is also nice, but not the traditional espresso in any way.

Cool little spot. Not your traditional looking coffee shop which makes it unique. Only got a green tea to take out which was lovely (not ur store bought green teabag & string). Definitely would love to sit down inside and enjoy the friendly atmosphere next time.

Deja la mejor experiencia de café de mi vida. Hice mi investigación y una hora después de aterrizar en Dublín, estábamos en camino a Unfiltered. Al entrar y detectar nuestros acentos americanos, nos indicaron que nos sentáramos en la esquina trasera de la barra de café. Juljano (el propietario / químico / mago) nos ayudó a elegir nuestros frijoles y nos dio un capricho extremadamente personalizado. Él vierte por usos olfativos (sin relaciones predeterminadas al 100%) y complementa con agua que ha destilado y mineralizado según sus especificaciones exactas para crear café brillante. Nuestros derrames y conversación divertida, amable y educativa fueron seguidos por un trago de expreso, que de nuevo, no tenía paralelo. Estaré siempre agradecido por la experiencia y volveré a Dublín de nuevo, aunque solo sea para una taza y conversación como tuvimos esa maravillosa mañana.
