The best coffee in Dublin, or anywhere I have ever been. The flavour from my cortado exploded in my mouth in all of the notes the server had promised and filled me with pleasure. I had heard from a random source, a barista doing his best in the back of a trailer in the Phoenix park, that the owner of Unifiltered is an obsessive alchemist who stays up late at night to get just the right ph levels for the water he uses and so I hopped on my two wheeled pedal-powered motion machine and travelled 10 kilometres for a sup of this mythical brew. The reality surpassed the legend by some degree. Simply unbelievable the level this guy has achieved. Coffee lovers, get on your bike, get on a bus or a LUAS, whatever...just get over there and support this evil genius!
