Uppercross Hotel in Dublin

Friendly people, great breakfast and very big comfy rooms. Loved it here!

I spent a night in this cozy guest house and I really loved the place. The truth is that it is not very central, you have to take the bus but it takes you very quickly to the center. The team is available and the breakfast, asking the kitchen to prepare something, is very complete. It's worth it, I recommend!

Not far from the center. Bus stop in front. Excellent breakfast (I had my Agrosì Italian extra virgin olive oil). Friendly and helpful staff. Advised

I stayed there for 12 days. The reception was very friendly, and the room and shower room were clean and well-maintained. The Irish breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you to the receptionist, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff who helped me choose breakfast every day, and my boss for making my time at the hotel so comfortable. I will stay again.

Staying here for over 30 years so I guess it must be ticking all boxes. Dave provides a hands on management style.

The Uppercross Hotel was reasonably priced, with ample sized rooms and parking. While the complimentary breakfast was convenient, its quality doesn't match Dublin's excellent breakfast scene. The hotel's layout was different, with some rooms a distance from the entrance. Staff were polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel, old fashion style. Good breakfast e very kind staff. My room was definitely small and the toilet Is for very slim people only...

This place is a gem. Great bar. Good rooms. Good location. Affordable prices. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Edit: stayed here again. Completely different experience. Had a similar room but the bed was honestly extremely hard. I completely strained my back sleeping on it. Never slept on such an uncomfortable bed in my life. Breakfast took ages and the hash browns were cold inside. Bacon was dry over cooked.

Uppercross House Hotel is a great choice for staying in Dublin, just 5 minutes by car from the city center. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, both during check-in and breakfast. The location is ideal, with good bus connections and close proximity to central Dublin. Free parking is a bonus. The only downsides were the somewhat outdated and worn hotel corridors, and the humming noise from the ventilation systems in the courtyard, which made falling asleep a bit challenging.
