Great little local cafe full of delicious healthy options .

Absolutely gorgeous food, great coffee and a chill casual atmosphere! I loved the porridge and the avocado toast with poached eggs was great! Will definitely be back time and again!

I discovered this hidden gem awhile ago in ranelagh. One thing I really like about urban health is how simple and effective the food is. In my opinion, the urban eggs are the best eggs in Dublin. I’ve eaten eggs all over the city and nowhere comes close. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and they do a lovely coffee !

First time in Ireland and this was the first restaurant/cafe I visited! My poké bowl was simply amazing and also nutritious. If you care about eating clean or are following a special diet (like eating low carb), then give this place a try!
