Vanilla Pod Dun Laoghaire in Dublin

Varied menu, a bit pricey but large portions and tasty food.

I enjoyed trying Vanilla Pod in Dunlaoghaire for the first time with my partner. It was packed (good sign) at lunchtime and we had no reservation so a 5 min wait was a nice surprise. I had the Avocado toast & poached egg which was a little overpriced but absolutely stunning. My partner was disappointed with the burger unfortunately, he wasn't expecting sultanas to be in the relish? It's a new one to me also, we mentioned it to our server at the end who said there was nine in the burger until wr showed her one left on the plate. She advised she wasn't aware until then so perhaps knowing the menu a little better would be great, and leave the burger as it should be lol! I wouldn't eat there every day as it is a bit pricey but for a treat. Minus the sultanas 😉

I would definitely recommend over so many fine brunch restaurants in the surroundings! They are good portions and priced right I can say…

The food is really delicious. They have done something nice for noise level: even super busy with i think the wool panelling the noise get absorbed making the place relaxing even at peak time. The staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly, smiling, eager to give you a great experience, they couldn't do enough for us. This place is a gem we will be back. Keep doing what u doing!

Lovely breakfast, good quality ingredients served in a nice bright setting (would probably benefit from turning up the music a little). Really good

A truly lovely experience!’Teddy my Cockapoo got the royal treatment a dish of cool water and treats. I had French toast and my son Andrew had pancakes. Yum! Served with a delicious maple syrup. Staff so eager to please even though it was very busy. Take a bow all.

Interestingly I come here so much, and it’s only today that I’m putting in this review. One of the best places in Dun Laoghaire or even south of dublin to have your brunches with perfect flavours to fill you up and great ambiance for visiting with friends, family or your pretty self!! It’s my all time go to, so I highly recommend for others to try out for yourself!!! 🥰
