28/08/2026: Excellent pub- probably the best I visited while in Ireland. Cozy atmosphere and the bartender was very kind and personable. Would return.

03/07/2026: Doesn't do food. A very traditional bar, don't go if you like loud music and plastic. The premises comprise of a one half shop, one half bar/ lounge. They do have a TV but it wasn't on when we visited , radio playing. Lots of old fashioned pub trinkets behind the bar , and historical pictures on the walls. Lovely local people to chat to. Sit at the bar and enjoy the lost art of conversation,with a lovely pint of Guinness at very reasonable prices. If you want a good craic, this is the place to go.
