Great food and excellent service

Great service. Food was delicious. We had a large party of 8 and really enjoyed our visit. The striploin was perfectly cooked and so tender.

We had our sons First Holy Communion at Walkers in May and from start to finish attention to detail was first class. I contacted then via email to book the venue and communicated back and forth to ensure all needs were met such as party size and dietary needs. Arrived on the day and met Emmett and the team who attended to us throughout day. We had a set menu given the size of the table and the food was unreal. Oh my days! There was not one person at that table that didn't feel the same way. We had one person who was vegan and their comment was their vegan selection was the best they've had in Sligo! I can't thank Emmett and his team enough and not to mention head chef Kevin. Thank you for making the day as special as it was. We will 100% be back

Had an amazing time at Walkers for my sons Holy Communion with the family. Was well looked after by Emmett and the team, and the food was absolutely incredible. Great value, great service and will definitely come back in the future.

Great food, great to have them back in Sligo serving food again. Super pint of Guinness Here too. Would love to see lunch being served on Saturdays too as the town is busy. Have often had to go elsewhere on Sat for lunch so be good to see lunch menu on offer here.

Total change. New kitchen new chefs from Ashford Castle, the Riverbank and Davis’s. New menus . The food is exceptionally good.

I don't like dissing a place but the menu options were poor, the service was slow despite having plenty of staff on and very little custom. The customers that was there were loud so we moved as we had someone autistic with us but I feel Walkers doesn't know what it wants to be, a bar or a restaurant. One niche thing was the fosset providing water and hand dryer

We used to come here quite often. The service can be hit and miss but overall a nice place to have dinner and have a pint. It’s just a shame that when the menu was changed the vegan options were taken off the menu.

Delicious food. Beautifully cooked cod, chorizo and small roasted potatoes a good accompaniment . Great curry, glisten free a plus. Staff excellent.
