Lovely old world Pub. Little Snugs and great service. Great place to visit before going to Grano.

There no food but there’s a great local Americana/folk music jam session on Mondays at 8:30pm

We stopped by for a pint late in the afternoon on a weekday. It’s a little off the beaten path and feels much less touristy than some other places which was part of the appeal. The bar was busy enough to feel the neighborhood vibe but not uncomfortably packed so we were able to get a seat at the bar. They had a good selection of beers including some craft IPAs. Cozy atmosphere, prompt service, delicious beer…everything you’d want in a pub.

Ok this is the real deal. More a local proper old school pub with real pro bartenders with shirts and ties. Can get crowded. One of the best pints of Guinness I had in Dublin. 3 actually!

This was my boyfriend's favourite pub to go and relax after work with a pint and crossword. So it's great for that. But we also went on Saturday and it was pumping and full of great atmosphere. It was clean, drinks are delicious, staff are professional and friendly. Great spot.

It's the great Dublin pub but for best experience go early as it's very popular later on.

Beautiful and truly authentic location. A local sitting next to me explained this is one of Dublin’s historic pubs. Lots of locals, few tourists, the atmosphere is incredible, with people just genuinely wanting to spend time together chatting and playing cards. The bartender was exceptionally kind and attentive, with remarkable sensitivity. There were two of us in wheelchairs, and despite it being Friday night, he found us a comfortable table and served us with genuine care for our needs. Highly recommended! We returned with great pleasure the next evening to watch a World Cup match, and the experience was equally spectacular.
