We came here for the fried sushi which was amazing!!

Sushi alright. Portion quality had changed. Most item have cheese cream. 🙄. It made more westernised than Japanese. A few item we tick did not reach the table strangely we still drop a tip for server. Hope they will revert to its original quality and portion size.

Marcelo served me very well and the food was wonderful, I recommend him to everyone!!!

Great food, delicate taste and quality cuts of fish. The salmon was particularly delicious and melted in the mouth (especially the flambé salmon sashimis). The kitchen was clean, organized and well maintained, which to me is always a great sign for a restaurant serving raw fish.

I decided to give Wasabi Bar & Grill another try tonight and I’m honestly so glad I did. My previous visit here a while ago left me a bit disappointed, but this time the experience was completely different. The sushi was very fresh and full of flavour. You could immediately tell the quality had improved. The salmon tartare was absolutely incredible and easily one of the highlights of the night. I was also really impressed by the creativity on the menu. It’s not just the traditional sushi options. They have fun and unexpected items like the Hot Dog sushi, and the Joe selections are full of interesting combinations that you don’t usually see elsewhere. Another highlight of the night was the service. We were really well looked after by Bruna, Gabriel and Guilherme, who were all super friendly and attentive. But I have to give a special mention to Debora, who was the star of the night for us. 🌟 We ordered an açaí juice that wasn’t great, and she immediately stepped in to help. Not only did she make another one, but she also suggested trying it with orange, and she was absolutely right. It was so much better! I’m really glad we spoke to her about it because she completely turned that moment into a great experience. Overall, this visit changed my impression completely. The food quality was much better, the menu is creative, and the team made the night even better. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Dublin and craving sushi. 🍣

I am positively surprised by Wasabi and the team! From previous experiences I would not lie to say I had medium to low expectations, but this visit turned it on its head! There is huge improvement to the quality of everything! Feel like a new, better place! Highly recommend the tartar we got in the all you can eat buffet, it was fantastic. Gabriel gave us great service and introduction to what to expect from the experience. And Debora, the manager, was very approachable and kind, there was a mix up with the juice I ordered, and she was friendly, understanding and reasonable, beyond asking the right questions to offer the best solution there was! She turned a bad situation into a great experience. There is no better praise for good customer service. Would love to come back soon!

This restaurant is amazing. We came from Portugal and tried it for the first time. If you want the best service experience ever, ask for Marcelo!
