Weirs in Multyfarnham

My family and I went here for my birthday meal. The staff were lovely and very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The service was great very quick but still had great customer service along with it. We all ordered different food and were in agreement that our food was lovely. Great flavour and good portion sizing. The owner came over to talk with us and we briefly stated it was my birthday in a passing comment during conversation which they had taken more notice of then we realised as the staff came over with a surprise birthday dessert with happy birthday written on the plate which to us made a big impression of how much they care for their customers and truly do listen to what we say. Overall this was an amazing experience and we will be back again.

Visited for a birthday lunch, we asked for all courses to come at once as one of us didn't want a starter and they were incredibly accommodating and everything came out really fast. Food was great and service was brilliant too, highly recommend

Visited some months ago and food was incredible! Salad, Nachos, Chicken, Fish, Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Bread and Butter Pudding, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake were all wonderful, we were very happy indeed! Lovely cosy atmosphere and open fire also. Make sure to visit the Friary and the gorgeous Stations of the Cross and Children of Lir Chapel after 😋🙏🏼

This is the best experience in Ireland! Phenomenal food, great ambience, and very friendly personal. Owner greets you personally, which is not a very common experience. The cherry on the top was a beautiful dog that comes and greets you as well and makes your stay very warm, welcomed, and entertained.

Good stop on the way from Dublin to Donegal with space outside under cover. Pub grub that did the job. Attentive to the tables.

We recently had our wedding reception in Weirs. We couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. We live locally and had a small wedding, so we decided to go with Weirs. I had eaten there before and knew the food was amazing but I couldn't get over how brilliant the day was made for us. Una met me before the big day and put me so at ease. She really went above and beyond and took any bit of pressure away from us. She did the decorations, advised me on menus and drinks and sorted absolutely everything for me. The food was 10/10 , the staff were absolutely lovely and the location couldn't have been better. The way the room was decorated for us, by Una, was beautiful and very professional. Pat took our photos as an added bonus and took my favourite one of the day. Im so happy that we decided to go to Weirs. My expectations were exceeded on the day. Im so grateful to Pat and Una for giving us the best day!

We stayed in the accomodation next door (also a wonderful, wonderful experience) so were able dine here a few times. The food is fantastic - my personal favourites were the hake (ordered twice, would again), the fried brie and Una’s brown bread (legendary). Pat and Una are lovely people and Poppy the Spaniel is a joy. They do great, welcoming music sessions in the evening. We would have come back just for the food but everything else makes it quite a special experience!

Very satisfying. Charming host with a fun character. Though we were there at a quiet time all staff were very attentive. Nice casual atmosphere with really good food. Baby bowl was free which was a very nice touch. Our toddler in potty training frequently used the perfectly clean restrooms too

I recently dined at a charming pub and restaurant by the name of Weirs, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a delightful meal in a pleasant setting. I will certainly be returning for another visit soon.
