Live music from established artists and up and coming acts. Loads of different spaces within the pub to sit, including areas not in the room with the live music. Great bar and location.

Perfect! Live music on several stages ... Beer and cocktails much cheaper than Temple Street... Lots of locals ... Definitely going back next time I'm in Dublin. I loved it!

Amazing place, both the venue in the bar. Went for emo night and kept returning the next few days because the staff were so lovely. They always pointed me in the right direction if I needed recommendations. Saw a lovely little concert there at the upstairs bar as well. Cozy with great acoustics. Highly recommend!

Attended Shane Marno gig and although the artist put on a brilliant gig, and the sound quality was very good, the venue itself was far too hot with no air-conditioning. The artist must have been unbearably hot. Drinks very also very dear.

I really enjoy being here—the music is great. There are a couple of stages with live gigs happening regularly. It's a very social place; I've met lots of musicians here—it's basically Tinder for musicians. And if you're tired of Guinness, they even have Tuborg. The silent disco upstairs is a fun bonus too.

27/06/2025: This is Vanilla Pod's second best cousin. VP is next door and excellent and always busy so ppl who can't get in there, opt for here. The staff are great. The fried food is delicious but only comes with a magnitude of chips. Some salad on the plate would be helpful. The garlic mayo needed more mayo and less garlic, it resembled garlic paste. Would I return? Yes. But I'd avoid the fried food, which is unfortunately my Achille's heel.
22/06/2025: The food is quite nice, I usually get the smashed avocado or the veggie breakfast, but everything else I've had has been enjoyable. Service is very good. Good music (in my opinion at least) and plenty of seating. Gets busy quite quickly in the mornings.

SugarLoaf Bakery and Pastry Shop

20/06/2025: I've been going to Sugarloaf since it opened, and every time I go, I get even happier. Not only because of the delicious, fresh food and the many options, the service is also incredible! Yesterday, I needed a last-minute cake, and they had some available for immediate take-away. It was gorgeous and tasted wonderful. Milena was very thoughtful and even asked them to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake for me. It's truly gratifying when customer service goes above and beyond. Whenever I have to recommend a bakery, Sugarloaf is always the first that comes to mind!
19/06/2025: I always buy bread and other things here! Delicious, I never regret it. And the interesting thing is that they sell bags of 25 units of cheese bread, or coxinha etc. to make at home.
