We met with a friend for lunch and stayed until nearly 5pm. Wineport is in a beautiful setting and on a warm and sunny afternoon it was an excellent place to meet. Staff are very welcoming, relaxed and professional. Our lunches were reasonably priced and very tasty, I would definitely be back to try again

Amazing spot with real character, amazing cocktails and for non drinkers like I amazing Moctails. Food was delicious and service with a smile

Blair’s Bistro

16/04/2025: Blair's restaurant, is in the Park Inn Hotel Shannon Airport. This is a peaceful haven , a 2 minute walk away from the bustle of Shannon Airport. While waiting for my flight, I enjoyed a tasty pizza, along with a lovely glass of Merlot wine. Anna provided top class service, with a smile. If you have time before your flight, I recommend you visit Blair's for a quiet coffee, drink or food. I will definitely pay a visit to Blair's, the next time I fly from Shannon Airport.
