I've purchased multiple times online and in store and always have a lovely experience! Staff are very helpful and online orders are processed so quickly. My go-to for wool and yarn shopping

Fab range of yarn, lovely staff.

Really helpful staff, patient and kind and made great suggestions for a beginner.

Not much 100% cotton yarns. Coffee shop was a bit ghosty. A lot of variety of yarns and colours, plenty of things but too much poly material.

If you love knitting, you should go there.

Great selection of beautiful yarn and very helpfull staff :) I'm new to knitting and had a project in mind but wasn't sure how much yarn i needed. She calculated from the pattern for me and genuinely so helpful. I was able to purchase the yarn so I can start the project now☺️🧶 it was closing time but I was not rushed at all. Super customer service and will definitly go back if I have an opportunity:)

Did not seem to be functioning as a cafe at all anymore, BUT WHAT A GORGEOUS STORE!! Love the yarn balls on a the display sticks, a great way to see all colour-ways without digging. I was asked if I needed help three times, very attentive. When checking me out they let me know when I had selected mixed dye lots. Pleasant staff! Really cute, great selection!
