Woodfield House Hotel in Limerick

We had 5 days there ,the staff were all lovely ,we had great food ,rooms were lovely ,we had great fun with everyone in the bar ,I loved the fact that everyone was friendly ,I don't think they will forget my two sisters and Auntie and me .

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. But the best thing was the food in the restaurant. It was simply delicious for me and the family. The dishes were just a bit meat-heavy. In addition, the staff was always very friendly.

Normally, I only go to the pub. it is an excellent pub very nice stuff and a great selection . Prices are absolutely fine too, and I will definitely be back. As I never stayed there, I cannot comment on the rooms.

The service is second to none at this traditional family run hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times.

This was a great place to stay! Prices are good. Rooms clean and well maintained. Would also like to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. Glen, Sophie, Brian and all the others who made my stay great!

Have had to stay here multiple times due to staying away for work, Pub downstairs is fairly good best thing going for the hotel i think, Rooms are very dated, Beds are absolutely terrible have stayed in 4 different rooms now and each time the bed is just as terrible as the last one, Not a spring of a kind left in it, My dogs bed would be more comfortable.

Arrived here a couple of hours ago. Hotel lovely, atmosphere great. Girl on reception was very friendly & helpful. Went into the bar. Had 2 drinks ordered food. My husband had a burger with chips which was lovely. I ordered Roast beef, mashed potato & veg. So disappointed. I never complain about food anywhere I go but so disappointed with this. I got one slice of roast beef, which covered the creamed potato. Never seen such a small portion of food anywhere. I ended up ordering a starter to fill me cos the food was totally inadequate for the price. €17.95 for Roast beef, a tiny bit of potato & some veg. I paid for food & said to the girl that it was not sufficient that I had to get the menu to order a starter. She said she would pass on the message but she never came back to say anything about what was said. Most disappointing. ⭐ On a lighter note, Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection and fresh cooked. (Not a buffet)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was clean and tidy with a new bathroom. The food was excellent and the staff were even better. Even though the bar was busy our room was very quiet.
