Delicious food, lovely room, great friendly service

Food was divine , waiter was helpful, attentive and full of knowledge of the options on the menu. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will be back again soon.

The food in Woodruff was just incredible, The waitress had explained each dish so well, it caused me to step out of my usual choice of food, the best way to describe each dish is ‘Art’ and to trust the artist(chef) the unexpected infusion of flavours blew me away and I was pleasantly satisfied. The atmosphere was simple but cozy and the full experience was hugely boosted by the service which was not fuelled by formality but by passion, enthusiasm and genuine respect for what the menu presented. A must recommend!

Hidden Gem on the outskirts of Dublin. Great cooking with high quality ingredients, friendly staff and a fantastic wine list. Definitely worth the trip as a non-local.

Very cute restaurant! We went on a Friday night — unfortunately, it was quite noisy, so if you’re looking for a quiet, romantic spot, I wouldn’t recommend it. We ordered the vegetarian dish, which was very tasty. It didn’t include any carbs, so we added a side of bread, which was also very nice. The side carrots were flavorful, but we didn’t enjoy the crisps — they lacked spices and weren’t very crispy, which was a bit disappointing. There’s a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, it was a good experience, though a little on the pricey side, and there’s still some room for improvement.

Had the most welcoming and wonderful evening again at Woodruff. This top tier eatery never disappoints. Sublime food, warm and fun atmosphere. Pure gem.

We eat at Woodruff about once a week, and it’s one of the few places we keep going back to without hesitation. The food is always excellent — thoughtful, seasonal, and full of flavour. It’s clear the kitchen really cares about what they’re doing, but the dishes don’t feel overcomplicated. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. It’s a nice space to sit in, calm, modern, and comfortable and the staff are friendly and easygoing. You feel looked after without it being too formal. There’s a consistency to the whole experience that’s hard to find these days. It’s the kind of place you start treating like your local, even if it’s a bit more special than that.
