Woodruff in Dublin

I was passing by on foot and I was curious about this place, from the outside very nice and elegant ... within and after a few minutes I sit down, I think the owners are very welcoming, he explains the menu and a few more minutes to order. Well-kept and excellent dishes ... the only negative note is that I don't prefer the cutlery on the table without a support, because the table is Minimal, it has no tablecloth (but this is my opinion) I will definitely return to this place. I recommend you to go for those who want to have an excellent culinary experience.

Great food, greet service and atmosphere. Stepaside is fortunate to have this gem on its doorstep. Will certainly visit again when next in Dublin

It is 4 years since we were here last. In that time Woodruff survived the pandemic and came back stronger than ever winning a Michelin star in 2023. Well deserved and, fair deuce, the are no pretentions about the place or the good. The following is what I wrote in my initial review and I wouldn't change one word. Thanks to everybody. 'I was there twice in January. Sorry for the delay! It was perfect on both occasions. The food was superb with a good choice of options including gluten free. Both times we managed to snag the snug-table at the back on the right-hand side. It produces a lovely intimate atmosphere, just right with friends or family.'

Beautiful and delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. We had a two-course lunch set, and the fish was superb, with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The crème brûlée was absolutely delightful. We will definitely go back again!
