WYLDE in Galway

This place is really cute and has a great aesthetic. I love the decor on the walls. The food itself is pretty disappointing for the price. My hot chocolate was a bit watery and I ordered a ham and cheese croissant but they said I had to take it to go since there were no seats. They popped it in a brown paper bag and the cheese and oil leaked through. It tasted ok though

We got a €5,99 Too Good to Go box (app against food waste). We were really disappointed by the quality of the products, not expecting it from how highly this is rated on gmaps. We received: 2x Blueberry oatcakes - no flavour whatsoever, stodgy, completely useless Pau au choc - ok, tasted the same quality as Lidl bakery Croissant - normal Danish - we have no idea what flavour it was. Raspberry jam and linen seeds? Flavour forgettable and the bottom was not cooked. 3 sausage roll - horrible. Anemic, bottom not cooked, we can't even tell if they were vegan or they just didn't taste of meat. We couldn't finish them at all. A few days prior we bought the frozen M&S sausage rolls and they were soo much better.

I loved this place. Delicious food and the decor was a very classy Alice in Wonderland aesthetic.

There are many gems in Galway and this is definitely one. It may be alittle hidden but only 3 minutes from Eyre Square. Fortunately I was the early Sunday morning so no queue but unfortunately it was my last hours of Galway visit. Credit to interior designer !!

We had a tour leaving from the front of the hotel so stopped and got drinks and pastries first. Everything we could have asked for and a little table outside to enjoy everything.

We enjoyed the matcha chia seed pudding!

the best "too good to go" surprise bag in Galway, and probably in whole Ireland. the amount of food for the prize is crazy, I bought here for like 4 times already, and only one time I was disappointed, but just because I'm a peaky eater and there wasn't much that I like. this time they even gave a salmon croissant (!!!), vegan roll, 3 raspberry (?) crown, 2 pain au chocolate, 2 different scones and 2 croissants. last time it was different, I remembered some prosciutto sandwich and mozzarella pizza, with again some tasty pastries. if you're on a budget, a student, or just want to try something new or "do a good deed" try this place
