Yamamori in Dublin

We came for our anniversary dinner and we had a great time. Isolde helped us with the order of food and drinks. And, I must say her recommendations were great. We loved everything she recommended. My favorite was the Unagi Fois Gras. My wife loved the oysters and the Unagi Fois Gras as well. We highly recommend the place for a fusion Japanese cuisine.

The food was wonderful and together with the atmosphere it will be the only reason we'll be back. In a luxury-level establishment, high prices are to be expected and we did not mind splurging at all. However I have to say that the prices are not simply for the beef cut and the super cool yellowfin tuna. They are also for the service, Which was extremely lacking both times we were here. the first time we were charged for dishes we had not ordered nor eaten. The waiters were generally unapproachable and disorganized, as we either got a dish every 20 minutes or all of them in one go, which you think for someone knowing the menu would be easy to avoid, and they could not fit all of them on the table. last time we were overcharged for the 3 or more people service charge, even if we were quite clearly two people (and the booking had been made for two from the start). we also had to give up on dessert! The waitress took 20 minutes to fetch us a menu. lovely place but the service just does not justify the prices.

Went for a few drinks tonight and had a great time! The service was exceptional - our server Isolde was so friendly and gave us great recommendations! Really made the experience so enjoyable!! Will definitely be back!

Dîner en famille très agréable. Le cadre est très sympa, avec notamment un patio extérieur. Large choix de plats japonais, avec quelques originalités. Les sushis étaient très bons et frais, les ramènes délicieux et très généreux. Une vraie bonne adresse !

Primera noche en Dublín y optó por venir a este restaurante basado en comentarios. Definitivamente no decepcionó. Más por el lado caro, pero vale la pena al 100%. Y probablemente bastante razonable para los precios de Dublín. Comida de gran calidad y todo está hecho fresco. Nuestra camarera era Isolda ella era encantadora y muy atenta.
